1. Registration and Application Review

Submission of a registration form and successful payment constitutes an application to attend Brand Manthan and does not automatically confirm participation or guarantee a Delegate Pass.

All individual and group delegate registrations are subject to review by the Brand Manthan team. Applications may be evaluated based on the information provided during registration and the participation criteria determined by the organisers.

Only applicants whose registrations are approved will be permitted to attend the event.

2. Delegate Pass Confirmation

Once a delegate application has been reviewed and approved, the registered delegate will receive an official confirmation through the email address provided during registration.

The confirmation email and/or Delegate Pass issued by Brand Manthan will serve as confirmation of participation in the event.

Delegates should ensure that the email address and contact information submitted during registration are accurate and accessible.

Payment confirmation alone should not be considered confirmation of event entry.

3. Non-Approval and Refund

If a paid delegate registration is reviewed and not approved by the Brand Manthan team, the applicable registration amount will be refunded.

The refund will be processed within 4–5 working days of the non-approval confirmation. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the original payment method may additionally depend on the respective bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

No Delegate Pass will be issued for registrations that have not been approved.

4. Group Registrations

For group bookings, complete and accurate information must be provided for every proposed delegate.

The Brand Manthan team reserves the right to review the delegates included in a group registration. Submission of a group booking does not automatically guarantee approval of every individual included in the group.

Any refund applicable to a non-approved delegate or group registration will be processed in accordance with the applicable registration and refund terms communicated by Brand Manthan.

Group discounts cannot be combined with Early Bird pricing or any other promotional offer unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Award Nominations

Award nominations are subject to review and evaluation by the Brand Manthan team and/or the appointed jury or evaluation panel.

Submission of a nomination and payment of the applicable nomination fee does not guarantee shortlisting, selection or receipt of an award.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information, claims, outcomes, KPIs, supporting documents and other materials submitted as part of a nomination are complete, accurate and authorised for submission.

Brand Manthan may contact the applicant for additional information, clarification or supporting documentation wherever required.

A Brand Nomination Only is separate from event registration and does not, by itself, entitle the applicant or nominee to attend the event or receive a Delegate Pass. The client's commercial document specifically distinguishes Brand Nomination Only from Event Registration.

6. Registration and Nomination Fees

All applicable registration, nomination, group booking, agency/consultancy and Full Event Access fees will be displayed on the relevant registration page before payment.

The applicable fee will be based on the registration category selected and the pricing available at the time of submission.

Early Bird pricing, wherever offered, is applicable only during the stated Early Bird period and only to the registration categories specifically identified as eligible.

Early Bird discounts are not applicable to award nominations, agency/consultancy registrations or group bookings unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Full Event Access and Networking Dinner

Delegates selecting Full Event Access will receive access to the applicable event sessions and Networking Dinner, subject to approval of their registration.

Full Event Access registration is also subject to the same review and approval process applicable to other delegate registrations. Successful payment alone does not guarantee event participation.

8. Accuracy of Information

Users must provide true, complete and accurate information while registering or submitting a nomination.

Brand Manthan reserves the right to reject, cancel or request clarification regarding any application or nomination containing incomplete, incorrect, misleading or unverifiable information.

Users are responsible for keeping their submitted contact information accurate so that registration confirmations, Delegate Passes, nomination updates and other important communications can be delivered successfully.

9. Collection and Use of Personal Information

When you register for Brand Manthan or submit an award nomination, information such as your name, email address, mobile number, designation, organisation, location and other information submitted through the applicable form may be collected and stored.

This information may be used for purposes including:

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Pharma Connect Membership

Brand Manthan is associated with the Pharma Connect platform, and registrants may be provided an opportunity to become members of Pharma Connect.

Where you provide your consent during registration, the personal information provided by you may also be used to create or enable your Pharma Connect membership/account.

Upon creation or activation of your membership, you may receive communication regarding accessing Pharma Connect and may use the platform to explore its available features and services.

Your Brand Manthan application and your Pharma Connect membership are separate services. The purpose of creating the Pharma Connect account will be clearly disclosed to you during registration.

Users may manage their Pharma Connect account, communication preferences and applicable data-related choices in accordance with the Pharma Connect Privacy Policy and platform terms.

11. Communication Consent

By registering for Brand Manthan, you agree to receive essential transactional communications relating to your registration, payment, application review, approval or rejection, refunds, Delegate Pass, nomination status and important event information through the contact details provided by you.

Where separately consented to, you may also receive updates from Pharma Connect and communications relating to its platform, programmes, events, content, opportunities or other relevant offerings.

Where applicable, users will be provided with options to manage or withdraw their consent for non-essential communications.

12. Data Storage and Privacy

Information submitted through Brand Manthan registration and nomination forms may be stored for the purposes for which it was collected and for such additional purposes as separately disclosed and consented to.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures will be used to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Users may refer to the applicable Privacy Policy for further information regarding collection, processing, storage, sharing, retention and management of their personal information.

13. Event Changes and Cancellation

Brand Manthan reserves the right to modify event schedules, sessions, speakers, programme formats, access arrangements or other event-related elements where reasonably required.

In the event of any material change affecting a registered delegate, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the same using the registered contact details.

Any cancellation or refund arising from cancellation, postponement or material modification of the event will be handled in accordance with the refund or cancellation policy communicated by Brand Manthan.

14. Delegate Conduct

All approved delegates are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.

Brand Manthan reserves the right to restrict or revoke event access in cases of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of event credentials or actions that may adversely affect other participants, organisers, partners or the event.

Delegate Passes are intended for the registered and approved individual and should not be transferred or shared unless specifically permitted by the organisers.

15. Photography, Video and Event Coverage

Photography, video recording and other forms of event coverage may take place during Brand Manthan.

Where applicable and subject to the permissions communicated during registration or at the event, photographs or recordings from the event may be used for event documentation, editorial coverage, promotional communication and related Brand Manthan or Pharma Connect activities.

Any specific consent required for such use will be obtained where applicable.

16. Intellectual Property and Nomination Materials

Applicants submitting award nominations confirm that they are authorised to submit the information, documents, images, presentations, case studies and other supporting materials included with their nomination.

Submission of nomination materials does not transfer ownership of the applicant's underlying intellectual property to Brand Manthan. However, applicants permit Brand Manthan to use submitted information to the extent reasonably required for evaluation, jury review, administration and communication relating to the awards.

Any proposed public or promotional use of confidential or proprietary nomination material should be subject to the permissions communicated to the applicant.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

Brand Manthan will make reasonable efforts to conduct the event and manage registrations, nominations and delegate participation as communicated.

The organisers will not be responsible for circumstances outside their reasonable control that may affect an individual's ability to attend the event, including travel disruption, personal circumstances or third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a Brand Manthan delegate registration or award nomination, you confirm that:

Consent relating to Pharma Connect membership and non-essential promotional communications will be captured separately wherever applicable.
